March Open House Newspaper Ad
Following the intention of the VCEA, we utilized several communication avenues to ensure all impacted residents received communications, with a goal of ensuring all had an opportunity to participate in the regulatory process. To reach a highly localized audience, CVOW utilized full-page, full-color ads in several local Hampton Roads print publications in advance of planned community events. Approximately 310 people were in attendance at these events.
