March Open House Newspaper Ad

Following the intention of the VCEA, we utilized several communication avenues to ensure all impacted residents received communications, with a goal of ensuring all had an opportunity to participate in the regulatory process. To reach a highly localized audience, CVOW utilized full-page, full-color ads in several local Hampton Roads print publications in advance of planned community events. Approximately 310 people were in attendance at these events.

Print newspaper ads across six local publications encouraged Virginia Beach and Chesapeake residents to attend the March open houses to learn more about CVOW. These color, full-page ads reached a projected circulation of 248,822 with a one-time spend of $70,680.56 and ran on Feb 28 – Mar 3 in tandem with a digital campaign.
