Regulatory Filing Thank You Mailer

Following the intention of the VCEA, we utilized several communication avenues to ensure all impacted residents received communications, with a goal of ensuring all had an opportunity to participate in the regulatory process. CVOW utilized direct mail communications to reach specific audiences, largely focusing on landowners in the project area.

Full-page and color, folded postcards were sent to approximately 11,000 interested parties and landowners within the Virginia Beach and Chesapeake areas to communicate the milestone update of filing for project approval with the State Corporation Commission. Postcards were sent in mid-November after the November 5 filing at a cost of $9,851.35.
