Multi-platform ads encouraged Virginia Beach and Chesapeake residents – including geotargeting those along the proposed project routes — to attend the June open houses to learn more about CVOW. Following the event, residents were encouraged to watch a recording to learn more. Approximately 160 people were in attendance at these events.
