The Blackwell Road campaign objective is to ensure audiences living near this project are aware it’s taking place, stay updated on project phases and milestones, and are encouraged to attend in-person community meetings. Implementing print, digital and social tactics, the first pre-event portion of this campaign targeted Fauquier and Prince William counties, and the town of Warrenton.
