The Rural Broadband Campaign used multi-platform ads to increase awareness of Dominion Energy’s initiative to expand broadband accessibility in the Northern Neck of Virginia by partnering with Internet Service Providers (ISP). Adults 25+ were targeted in the Northern Neck counties.
