Multi-platform ads encouraged Virginia Beach and Chesapeake residents to attend the August open houses to learn more about CVOW. Following the event, residents were invited to watch a recording of the meeting to learn more about updates to the onshore transmission routes for the CVOW project. Campaigns earned CTRs 30–420% higher than platform benchmarks and had approximately 130 event attendees.
